Since moving in, I have discovered that this is more than just artistic designas I have found the management and staff to be consistentlycourteous, efficient, and helpful. By always “going the extra mile” they have made the transition here easy and my stay enjoyable. The room are well designed and furnished to a high standard with cable TV and high speed internet readily available-all within a secure and well-maintained complex. As a business person who typically works long hours, I have found their combination of ambience and service a welcome change from my previous condo. I heartily recommend THE PLACE Apartment.



	Miss tsutino Kazue When I was entering to THE PLACE, my first impression was a good security measure which is more than my expectation. I then feel quite satisfied with the well design, modern and practicality of the whole project. The site, perimeter and environment are green and clean. What else should I need for such a single woman like myself? Locationally, THE PLACE is also second to none. This apartment is just 10 minutes traveling to Central Rama III branch or Tesco Lotus, actually it is easy and convenient to access to anywhere in the Bangkok CBD area. THE PLACE staffs are nice and helpful to me. Even though I know that this friendly personality is embedded in the Thai culture but, I feel warmly most of the time anyway when I see them smile to me.

This contemporary apartment is really a good place to stay. The whole project is well designed, giving us a comfortable feeling and it is so peaceful. From THE PLACE, it is convenient to go to schools, universities, shopping plazas and other places in our capital. In short, to live in THE PLACE is highly recommended.
